The Terminal is open on

• on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday : 4.00am to Midnight
• on Wednesday and Saturday : 4.00am to 11.00pm,

Outside these time slots, the terminal is closed to the public.

Mediation

In accordance with the EU Directive 2013/11/EU of 21 May 2013 - relating to the out-of-court settlement of disputes, transposed into French law in Decree no. 2015-1382 of 30 October 2015 on the mediation of consumer disputes – customers of services provided directly by Brest Bretagne airport have the right to have free recourse to an independent mediator of Tourism and Travel in order to promote the settlement amicable, if the response provided by Customer Service does not satisfy them.
